Refunds and Exchanges

If you feel the items you purchased are not as represented here, please email [email protected] within 10 business days of receiving your shipment.
The original item cost (minus original shipping costs) will be refunded once the returned item has been received.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
All custom orders, including but not limited to those containing initials, names, and/or dates, are not eligible for refunds.
